Cancer fighting fruitsFighting cancer has become the biggest concern for all of us. Either through fruits and vegetables, healthy living tips or detox diets, all people are trying to avoid this disease while others struggle hard to survive. I chose to post these 6 cancer fighting fruits because they are available, cheap and rich in different vitamins that enhance the whole well being and fight several diseases.

Cherries, due to their color, are rich in antioxidants that fight cancer and enhance the immunity. In addition to flavonoids, they are rich in lycopene, vitamin C, iron and minerals. They can fight cold/flu as well as skin problems and sexual dysfunction. They also calm the nervous system and enhance the brain function.
